Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your Bookkase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your Bookkase does not fit your book in terms of height or thickness, please contact us at contact@shopbookkase.com and we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
